Katie holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. She has worked with individuals of all ages, from child to senior. She enjoys connecting and building relationships, and values the opportunity to work with individuals to attain their goals and engage in meaningful activities.
Katie has worked in numerous health care settings, including acute care, community health, long-term care and mental health and substance use. This experience has allowed her to gain insights into the complex realities that people experience and the challenges faced when navigating health care systems. She recognizes the uniqueness of every person, and strives to make life easier through individualized care planning and recommendations, whether by providing equipment and activity modification recommendations, mental health treatment and supports or connection to other services and resources.
Outside work, Katie spends time reading, walking in nature and growing orchids.

Jodi (she/her) holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges. Her practice is rooted in trauma-informed care and person-centered principles, ensuring each client feels valued and understood. She believes everyone has the capacity to learn and grow from their experiences and move forward in a more grounded way. Her role is to support you on this journey in a way that feels best for you.
Jodi draws from various therapeutic modalities to provide a holistic approach to mental health and personal development. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), including trauma-informed ACT, mindfulness techniques, somatic experiencing, self-compassion, attachment theory, relational frame theory, narrative therapy, compassionate inquiry, Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and language from Internal Family Systems (IFS). By integrating these diverse modalities she aims to tailor the therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a strong connection and comprehensive growth experience.

Melanie is a Registered Occupational Therapist with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from UBC. She specializes in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, persistent pain, and ADHD. As an adult with ADHD, she brings a deeply personal understanding to her work, using her own experiences as a source of inspiration and insight. This perspective allows Melanie to connect with clients on a meaningful level, helping them deepen their understanding of ADHD and discover practical strategies to navigate daily life with greater ease.
Her background includes over ten years of experience in teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices which she continues to draw on to support her clients.
